Resume & Profile Questions
-
Please upload your resume as a Word document or a PDF file.
We strongly prefer a professionally formatted resume that you have prepared yourself. LinkedIn-generated resumes are acceptable in a pinch, but they often include unnecessary sections and formatting that do not present your experience as clearly or professionally as a standard resume.
For example, LinkedIn resumes frequently include long, generic skill lists and “Authorized to work in the U.S.” statements, which are not needed. More importantly, they make it obvious the document was auto-generated rather than intentionally prepared.
Your resume is your professional marketing document. It should reflect care and attention.
-
Your resume should be formatted in reverse chronological order, beginning with your most recent position and working backward.
Consistency and clarity are important. Hiring managers expect to see your most recent experience first.
-
Your resume should include:
Updated contact information
Education and relevant certifications
The specific equipment, modalities, or systems you are trained on, if applicable
Other information that accurately represents your technical and leadership skills
For each employer listed, you must include:
Company name
Your job title
Start month and year
End month and year
Incomplete dates or missing employer details can delay representation.
