Cindy Stephens ~ CPC/CTS, President/CEO

Cindy began her career in in health care administration in 1976 and has served in executive-level, administrative supervisory support positions throughout the years.  Because of her experience, she understands the value of quality personnel needed throughout and appreciates the needs of executives and technical support environments. Cindy now manages the financial and operational aspects of the Stephens International Recruiting, Inc., business as well as providing consultation and recruitment services to our clients and candidates.

Cindy completed her Bachelor’s degree in Business Management from Our Lady of the Lake University.  Additionally, she is a Certified Personnel Consultant (CPC) and a Certified Temporary Staffing Specialist (CTS).  Maintaining this certification demonstrates her knowledge of current employment laws, business operations and ethics, personnel and contract management, and other critical areas within the industry.  This certification indicates the certified individuals as adhering to the NAPS Standards of Ethical Practices, and their professionalism, credibility, and dedication to the staffing industry.

Throughout her career, Cindy has provided hospital in-service presentations for staff, faculty, and patients, and has provided career presentations to healthcare organizations, as well as to attendees at national and regional conferences.  Cindy has written many industry articles for several trade magazines and publications, to include 24×7, TechNation, ICE Magazine, and AAMI.

Cindy remains active in Rotary International as a dedicated member of the Bull Shoals-Lakeview Rotary Club, and many professional health care organizations nationwide.
